These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Airsoft Systems, hereinafter the “Seller,” and users of the online store www.airsoftsystems.com, hereinafter the “Customer.”
By placing an order through the website, the Customer acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
The online store offers airsoft replicas, accessories, consumables, and related equipment, which are intended exclusively for sporting and recreational use.

III. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

The purchase contract is deemed concluded once the Customer receives electronic confirmation of the order from the Seller.
Prices are displayed in EUR, including 20% VAT.

IV. DELIVERY
Products are shipped via courier or postal services to the address provided by the Customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination but typically range from 1-14 business days.
Shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless free shipping is explicitly offered.

V. PAYMENT METHODS
The Customer may choose one of the following payment options:

The Seller is not liable for failed or delayed payments caused by third-party service providers.

VI. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods,
without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Seller in writing by email or postal letter.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging and labels intact.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless the return is due to defective or incorrectly delivered goods.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

VII. AGE RESTRICTIONS
Airsoft replicas and related items are sold only to persons aged 18 or older.
By purchasing from the store, the Customer declares that they meet the minimum legal age requirements in their country of residence.

VIII. PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY
